Morning Cell C
I have been waiting patiently for my billing enquiry to be resolved with no success (over two weeks is not acceptable under any circumstances). Everyone is passing the buck at Cell c telling me that Sipho will be contacting me shortly (this was over a week ago) still no word from Sipho. They have lodged a new complaint and said this will be attended to with 48hrs -still waiting.
My problem is call roaming facillity was activated without my consent and I need an explanation now!!! I am not willing to wait anymore longer without being able to use my work cellphone.
