I have on many occasions contacted this loser company to cancel my contract and this has not happen. This is not the first time im complaining about the service. And nothing is being done about this, I was mis-sold a produce and all they said was sorry u will have to ride it out, I requested the contract to be cancelled and no1 got back to me. I was in a store and they told me sorry call head office to cancel then I called and was told sorry go to a store to cancel. Serious are you guys or just plain stupid. Give your staff training so they know what to do. So I guess this will go unheard as well.
