Bad Sony service in Egypt

I bought a Sony Xperia V mobile mentioning in Sony that the mobile is water resistant.
My Mobile was exposed to water after 1 week from purchasing.
I directed to Sony service in Egypt (Delta) to inform them by the problem as the mobile power off.
They informed me that the problem was due to bad usage.
I informed them that i would like them to check the mobile water resistance of the mobile as the mobile was exposed to water and according to Sony water resistance instruction it should work fine without any problems.
They didn't't want to understand that the mobile itself may have a manufacturing problem.
But hopeless case to understand me.
I sent many complains online to Sony and i was really depressed as i didn't receive any reply from Sony for my complain.
really i didn't imagine this bad customer service from a very bright company like sony.
and the starnge.
Sony service asked me to complain in the governmenatl customer care...
Really so bad.
