Take responsibility!

On 04 August my phone's Wi-Fi button greyed out. After defaulting to factory settings; restoring and following hints users with the same problem did not work, I contacted Autopage on 08 August @ 2.57 pm. This call is logged. send my pone in for repair. Unfortunately was scheduled to go to NY on a business trip the following day I handed in my phone the day after my return on the 23rd August. I was told that the guarantee was not in force expired 13 August - I pointed that I reported the fault on 08 August.

Problem is with IPhones, they have a software issue MTN could not touch the phone as it was an Altech Autopage contract and I needed a proof of purchase. Back to Autopage needs to be requested and would be e-mailed to me. Do you think I have it yet?
