Transfer of line

I contacted Telkom to transfer my line and the appointment was made for August 29.I took the day off. On 29 nobody came. I contacted them again and they told me it is scheduled for 2 September. That woman named Jabu escalated it and told me she will get someone for either 29 or 30.On August 30, nobody came, I phoned again and I learnt it was never escted. The woman on the line called Dhandiwe escalated it and gave me a reference number 539147 and told me someone will contact me within the next 4 hours. Nobody contacted me and I phoned again. I spoke to 6 persons, they kept on transferring from one person to another. I took 2 days leave to sit at home and wait for a technician. One lady told me it is scheduled for Monday 2nd of September. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me her supervisor is on sick leave, I insisted to speak to someone higher and the reply I got was that they were all in meetings. I told her there should be someone I could talk to and she asked me to hold on and she dropped the line. To get hold of someone on 10210 it takes 20mins..Two days leave lost and I don't even know if they will really come on Monday 2nd Septembe
