I applied for a line transfer on the 1st of November 2013, a technician came to my home and then told me a line would need to be pulled from the exchange and that he would be back on the following monday (11/11/2013).
Since then no one has contacted me, I have escalated the call (Ref: 554173) and was told I would be contacted, no one has yet contacted me. I am paying for a service which I am not receiving which according to the consumer protection act is against the law. If this continues I will be forced to take legal action.
