ADSL line STILL not fixed!!!

I HATE writing complaints on Hellopeter (In fact, this is my FIRST), but unfortunately I'm left with no choice in this regard.

Three weeks ago I contacted Telkom to log an ADSL line fault (My 2Meg line was consistently under-performing, giving me a maximum download bandwidth of only 312k and EXTREMELY sporadic connection speeds). At first I thought it was my ISP throttling me, so I requested a trial account from a different ISP, and surprise surprise, same issue!

Telkom logged the fault for me, and said they would sort my problem out. 5 Days later I received an sms stating my line was fixed. It performed like a DREAM for about 24 hours and, low and behold, after that, same exact problem!!!

Now my line is so slow, Google takes more than 90 seconds to load, and anything I search just times out. Not even avast! wants to update!!!

I am so frustrated, I am almost beyond words. No wonder Telkom has lost nearly half its customers. ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS service! I'm giving you guys till Friday 06 September to GET IT FIXED PERMANENTLY, otherwise I'm cancelling my account IMMEDIATELY!

Get back to me ASAP on this. Terrible service, you guys should be ashamed!
