I entered into a 2 years data contract with Cell C. I HAVE PROBLEMS FROM THE WORD GO WITH MY RECEPTION ON THE DATA DONGLE. I WORK IN Hyde Park in Sandton and can never get a 3 G signal. Same happens in the centre of JHB. I went back to the shop in Centurion but the people working in CELL C shops are absolutely clueless. I don't know here they come from. I have asked for the dongle to be replaced. They say no and I said what about the warranty. Apparently no warranty. It will take 21 days to repair. Now how is that possible? For 21 days I have no internet and I pay for a service which I don't get. I asked them to lend me one in the mean time. Answer is no.
1. How is it possible that Cell C has such bad signals in Sandton.
2. How can it take 21 days to repair a dongle and why don't they replace it if its under warranty.
