Vodacom
Customer service worth appraisal

I am usually appalled by the way in which employees of companies treat young adults -as though they are insignificant and unworthy of the same level of customer service as elderly people recieve. I am a 19 year old, and was pleasantly blown away today. I went to the Tygervalley Vodacom store to collect a handset which has been in for repairs for over four months. It has been an endless turmoil, and i was not in a good mood. However this all changed as I was greeted and directed to the nearest consultant upon entrance into the store. A male named Justin helped me. He smiled, made jokes, and genuinely paid attention as well as cared about what i had to say. He went the extra mile by running around, and making numerous phone calls to help me with recieving my handset. after an hour of him going the extra mile, i received a phone call from another Vodacom employee who then told me how they had provided the wrong details and that the phone was actually at the Bayside branch. After all Justin's troubles, he assured me that it was no problem and he was Happy to help - and he genuinely meant it. Customer service that great makes me feel happy to go back again. Thank you Justin.
