Payment not Accredited

After payment of contract, phone blocked without notification or reason. Upon querying with call centre Sizwe Dlamini he insisted proof of payment from bank although it is a debit order. He is unable to assist me with any help and I do not have the time to go to the bank being month end and the banks are very busy.
