I am Kavita from Durban, I have an Aviation background, working with passengers and people is daunting. Each persons needs are different and each person expectations are different, customer service, genuineness and integrity together with passion for what you do and going the extra mile is something that should come naturally when you are front line staff because the front line staff gives your Company a good or bad name. In this case the gentleman by the name Justin has scored full points with me. I had a delivery of a Mattress and was panicking because I had no bed, Justin went searching in the Delivery Area searched and searched, called me, kept me informed and when my bed arrived, I rejected it because it was not the bed I wanted. The bed needed to go back to Cape Town urgently so I could be refunded. Then only I could purchase a bed locally. Thanks to Justin the bed was dispatched the same day that afternoon, Justin worked late until my demands was met. Thank you for treating me as if i am the only customer Time Freight has. I felt special and cared for. Well that's it... Justin thank you for running around and going the extra mil... Bless... You a * keep it up
