BREACH OF CONTRACT

MY BLACKBERRRY IS IN FOR REPAIRS FOR THE LAST THREE MONTHS NOW. mY HUSBAND IS STILL PAYING THE ACCOUNT ALTHOUGH THE DEVICE IS NOT IN OUR POSSESSION . THE DEVICE HAS BEEN WITH REPAIRS NOW FOR THREE CONSECUTIVE MONTHS AND THEY CANNOT REPAIR THE DEVICE. WE ASKED THEM TO REPLACE IT BUT TO NO AVAIL. PLEASE HELP US!
