No more 1000 free SMSs?

I opened my bill for last month and suddenly I'm being billed for SMSs. When I signed up for the contract 19 months ago, the deal included 1000 free SMSs per month. Now all of a sudden I am being billed for it, despite having only sent 24 last month. The previous month everything was still in order and I was not being charged. I was sure I would renew my contract at the end of it's term, but out of principle for this type of behavior, you can be sure you will receive my letter to end my contract at the end of its term.
