I wrote about the problem i had with cell c and my contract.i was informed that i have to go to cell c in tygervally.i went there yesterday and was informed that they dont have any record or proof that i collected the phone which went in for repairs.also that the owners and staff of cell c at that time left the company 2years ago and there's new owners now.they dont have anything on track record regarding the phone. So how can you people say i collected my phone if there's no proof.i want my name to be cleard as soon as possible.i have all my proof and paperwork but you people don't have anything. Please sort this out
