Spot on service

My account was in arrears i then arranged to make a manual payment. after that had to get a consultant to activate my account. firstly my internet was very slow to access my email and send her the proof of payment but she was patient and polite through all that. the time i was doing all these arrangements was already late for them to reconnect my line on that day but she promised to try her best and connect it before she leave. she did as she had said i was/am happy about the service and punctuality she gave.
