Your Rules are rediculous

At some point MWEB decided that they were no longer debiting my account, this in turn resulted in late payment. When the account was signed up 10 years ago, it was signed in my mothers name however as the years have gone on, I have been using the same account and paying for the bill. NOW when I make a payment and phone to have the payment reconnected - MWEB likes to think they are smart and wont reconnect my account unless my mother says so. I paid the account, I emailed proof of payment, MWEB disconnected the account so turn it back on. I don't care what your rules say. You have your payment now activate the account. You are not a bank. You are not a cellphone company. You are ONLY an internet provider. There are many other internet providers out there and in future when you decide to change your rules, could you be so kind as to let your clients know. We do, after all, pay you. its the least you can do.
