I have made payment on my account and sent proof of payment to [Email Removed] but they refuse to reconnect my services unless the payment reflects on their side. I have spoken to 5 different consultants who were not able to assist me to connect. I was promised call backs but none received. I have been without viewing since Friday. They cannot tell me when they can reconnect although they have my money. I want answers please and action. The service is disgusting at Multichoice as they make empty promises to clients.
