On 20/11/2012 I bought a cellphone@total sports, in feb2013 it started 2give me problems, tuk it back 2 total sport 2be booked for repair then the phone was brought back in March 2013 bu it was exchanged without my knowledge, I used it unaware it was swaped, as i trusted the services of mtn, the phone started 2give me a problem I took back again to the shop. was told2 take the phone2 MTN as i pay insurance. it was brought bek 2me wit feedback that it wasliquid damaged and I was surprised how come then I went home I checkedbox only 2find out the phone wasn't the1 I bought, went bak2 total sport, Themba tuk it booked it for repairs again, in two weeks time he called men told that insurance declined my service they said it's physical damaged, I called MTN insurance. 27/08/2013spoke 2Lerato Sefadi I explained problem n she told me that phone was changed I asked y without my knowledge, said they dontell clients if phone is swaped I must read the terms n conditions .does this mean they take our damaged fones n swap them with their frends water damaged fones.? such a big company. mtn can they really ppl like that? this lerato was uprofesional n rude. i nid aswers. am still payin
