I bought a Nokia Asha302 on Sunday 14th July 2013. I only used the phone once (yesterday) & I noticed that it keeps on freezing, this is happens randomly. Today I went to Total Sport and I was told that I cannot get a new phone but the phone has to be send in for repairs. When I read the T&C 2.i they should have exchanged with the same model. Now I am sitting with the bit and pieces of a NEW brand phone. This was the most pathetic service ever received. The reason I bought that phone was to use it not ending up with pieces of it. Why MTN or Total is selling rubbish to people and not keeping their end of promise.
