Bad attitude from the consultant

On Friday (12/04/2013) at16:38 i went to fnb in Tramshed Pretoria to get a statement, there were 3 consultants which 2 were occupied and the other one was free.i was the only one in the queue the other free consultant was busy chatting to her friends on the phone while i was waiting to be serviced.i really felt offended as it was already late and approaching closing hours but she didn't seem to care as she was busy telling her friend on the work phone about her weekend plans .she acted as if i don't exist and continue chatting.i had to wait for the othe consultant to finish with the customer so that she can attend to me while there is a free consultant busy chatting to her friends during working hours.am i that not important to fnb? really disappointed...
