I tried to buy a data bundle via VTIME on the 16th and it was unsuccessful as you cannot recharge on that website if you have a contract phone (which I did not know at the time). The upload of data was unsuccessful and I realised that I made a mistake and I need to get my money back. They have asked my banking details twice now, stating that they will refund me within 5 days; it is almost two weeks and still nothing. Can someone PLEASE sort this out ASAP and just refund my money as promised!!!
