No promo bundle received after payments via intern

I bought a 20gig promo bundle and didn't received it.
I reported it and they just let me know it is that I have a contrac sim. Which is not true..
Now I am paying out of bundle rates and they kept the money.
Please fix and refund me on the out of bundle rates.
