CellC charged me for 32mb of data this morning even though I had 1.3G fair usage data available. The 32mb came off my airtime and was about R68. I do not care about losing the money, what I care about is the way they have chosen to handle the situation.
I did not stream, I've used the website yesterday and the day before and it came off the 2 Gig fair usage. Today, using the same website it came off my airtime.
Please anyone who is going to respond to this, read the above two sentences carefully before you reply because if one of you throw policy at me after I swear I will flip out!
