Vodacom you have reached a new low. i have just called your call centre. I've had many problems other poor service from vodacom so I've called often this month.
So I call the call centre only to be told I have exceeded my monthly tally of calls to the call centre and to call after the 2nd of next month.
What kind of service is that? The reason I've been calling is due to vodacom problems, and now you refuse to deal with my problem?
I find that unacceptable. It's appalling service, but something we seem to have to get used to. Pay more, get more bad service.
