I have recently upgraded to a 10mb line as I require faster internet now due to the fact that I have started my own company (I had to upgrade from 2mb - 10mb because during the day I could hardly even load a page) now I have been on 10mb for a week but the speeds are even lower :( currently I am bleeding money because I have to drive to the nearest cafe and pay them to use their wifi, besides this direct loss of money I am also loosing potential clients because I cant get back to them, BECAUSE my gmail cant even open the speeds are so low.
for the last week they have been bouncing me back and forth with out any concern to me (I say this because according to a Web Africa representative I am only on 2 out of 5 stars because of severe downloads, but I have only had the service for a week in which I couldn't even download a facebook page, besides this the 2 out of 5 stars should anyway only make it go to about 4mb not 0.5mb) they still expect to get paid for the service that was not delivered. they simply don't care about their customers or have done nothing to show that they do
