Poor Customer Service

On 23/08/2013 I done an upgrade at Altech Auto Page Bloemfontein branch and got two Blackberries 9320.
At home I read all the instructions and charged the phones for the said time.
The one BB got stuck on search every time I was trying to open the menu, I had to switch off and back on again the phone.
The other BB's battery only lasted for half a day and I did not even made or received any calls or played games or went on the internet.
The one on BB's back cover did not close properly.
I took the phones back to the branch in Bloemfontein and they said they will send them in for repairs and I have to wait for three to six weeks. They did not give me any loan phones.
I spoke to Lebalang from Customer Care at their call centre (0861232424) she also told me just to wait for three to six weeks for the repairs!
The phones is new and now I must wait for repairs on them?
