Vodacom once again WHAT MUST I DO
am still battling to cancel my contract. Had a rant on Hello Peter over a week ago.
Someone called and said they were working on it and would get back to me and nothing.
Sick & Tired of empty promises my contract expired 4 months ago. Think it is time I go the legal route as this is blatent breach of contract as well as after all I have tried on numerous occassions to cancel. Going to the newspapers as well. I wont put up with this. The second contract I am trying to cancel first one took 6 months and no refund I wont let them get away with it this time
One Very furious customer now if this is how they treat corporate clients this is not a company i want to do business with anymore. I give them a 0 or less out of 10 you should be dealt with considering how many other people complain about the same useless and incompetant service
What must a person do why does this company get away with this there should be some accountability within such a large company
