NONSENSICAL SERVICE AND INCOMPETENCE

I SENT MY PHONE FOR REPAIR CAUSE IT DIDN'T READ MY MEMORY CARD AND ITS HAS A 2 YEAR WARRANTY (NONSENSE CLAIM) AS MTN CLAIMS.
WAITED FOR IT FOR 2 WEEKS AND ITS CAME BACK EVEN WORSE AND THE PROBLEM WAS NOT FIXED.
THEY BROKE THE BOTTOM OF THE LCD, BROKE THE TOP AND MY PHONE IS IN A BAD CONDITION.
THEY MUST NOT GUARANTEE IF THEY CAN'T DELIVER THIS IS FRASTRUATING AND A OFF.
WILL TAKE MY PHONE BACK TOMORROW AND I WANT IT BY THE 30/08/2013 OTHERWISE THEY WILL REGRET THE DAY THEY HIRED INCOMPETENCE PEOPLE TO DO THE JOB THIS IS NONSENSICAL SERVICE MXIM. THEY BETTER GET IT RIGHT THIS TIME CAUSE I DON'T OWE THEM ANYTHING.
THEY BETTER NOT INCONVINIENCE ME BECAUSE FOR EVERY FINANCIAL LOSS I WILL INCUR AS FROM TODAY THEY WILL PAY FOR IT AS THE PHONE IS ONE OF MY ASSETS... MXIM THIS IS NONSENSE MAN!!!
