I still can't believe that Discovery can be so incompetent and unhelpful.
I've been calling them from 20/09/2013 until today but they have been making me run around like a headless chicken and none of them have been helpful even when I told them that my HR said I need to speak to them.
This is nonsensical service cause my HR department acted on their authority.
Mxim they need to sort out the the problem.
