Once again I have had to repeatedly vall your call centre at my cost and everytime I get shunted around. I have been unable to send sms''s for the last two weeks, technical has said they don't know what the problem is. I was also promised someone from technical will phone in two days time, of course I am still waiting. Your friendly agent informed me yesterday after I called she had resolved the issue. Guess what its still stuffed. Why do customers have to resort to hello peter to get a response
