I have a personal contract with you now for six years and never experience this . i spend on average R800 pm on this phone.less that a year ago i took this phone cause its keys were not functioning and it was very slow. the phone was replaced with a new one.but the same problems has since emerge which shows that this phone has manufacture ans software issues. Now you want to tell me its water damage?! this is always the excuse when you don`t want to owe up on our inferior products that you sell at high prices. Now you want R3400. you must be sick in your head. note that my contract is due for renewal in two months, I`M NOT GOING TO RENEW IT! YOU CAN GO TO!!!
