Bad service And over charge on billing

Iv'e spoken to a lady a week ago who called me because of my complain a week ago on hallo peter and now they haven't done anything about the problem.
Autopage bill me R2000.00 for a phone bill and my average for the last 6 months is R700.00.
I will def leave this network when my contract end they cant even help me at the head office when I call...
Pathetic...!!!
