After having had a HUGE issue with Cell C around not being able to execute simple instructions i.e. change of banking details a few months back... I now have the same issue since upgrading my contract with them (boy, I'm a sucker for punishment!!!)... they have reverted to debiting my old bank account number! Come on Cell C, not only are you incompetent, you are also making deductions off bank accounts that are not authorised. Why not try being effective for a change??? Spend some of your advertising budget on training your consults!
