I have a big problem with Vodacom. In 2011 their sales consultant called regarding the promotion they had, selling R50 Airtime product. During the call when I was talking to the lady, after I got axcited about the way the promotion was explained I then requested their sales lady to send me a black and white contract where i can read the fine prints regarding terms and conditons.well later they sent me the R50 Aitime as usual and debited my account, but due to some certain unforseen circumstances where I was working from the salary would be paid maybe a day later than the normal payday and that meant i would have reversed debit orders, considering i was using the cheque account then the bank would debit a fee of R130 for each bounced debit order, I didnt have a problem with that as I agreed on the bank terms.
later that also Vodacom was debiting their R50 when ever the salary has been paid and then an ammount of R70 ofwhich they said it was a fee for bounced debit orders. Now everytime I wanted to know where was that agreed upon they cant prove it, yet everytime when they call they say all call are recorded for quality purpose, meaning I paid R250 for a R50 airtim
