My complaint today is about a comment made / said to me this morning at PNP in Howick.
When at the till point today I was approached by Wayne Struckmeyer, who is a manager at this branch. When passing me, he said "are you enjoying spending my wife's money? ". I totally ignored this as it was rather pathetic that he would raise a personal issue and make a slur of it in public.
To give context to the situation, Wayne's Wife used to work for me and the money he is referring to is the settlement that was awarded to his wife from the ccma. This settlement is under review with my legal team thus I have not paid it.
My concern is that Wayne thinks it is in his rights, to insult me at the shop which he manages. My wife and I spend R5000 minimum for business purchases at this branch. I am sure if we do not receive written apologies from Wayne and the Branch, we will move our purchases to the supermarket across the road.
I am disgusted by this incident and concerned that this sort of slur / abuse could also be made towards my wife.
