I have never dealt with such a RUDE Manageress in all my life. We being customers with G&R for over 8 years have being treated so badly and unprofessional that we will never buy or recommend anybody to buy from G&R. As we reported her attitude to head office and NOTHING have been done up to now? Shame even the saleslady was unprofessionally treated this morning with manageress screaming on the top of her voice some distance away from phone stating her demands to my wife. She is the one that has no clue with what the saleslady has been telling my wife and then she has the audacity to phone me at 20h10 last night, after the saleslady already spoke to my wife, to tell me in her rude attitude that the coaches will be loaded today. When we phoned to pick-up they always had a transport problem but yet we get blamed. Their pollicy on the phone is that all conversations are recorded, so why doesn't the headoffice listen to our complaints? I really pitty the saleslady Sarah that needs to make a living from a manageress like Elsabe.
