I contacted MTN H/O on 05/08/13 to report that I was being billed incorrectly for Blackberry service (I upgraded to an iphone). i was told that i was going to be refunded R1042. and it would reflect in my account within 7 working days. I called them again on 14/08/13 to find out when the refund would be paid only to find out that the original request was sent to the incorrect dept. i went through the entire process again and i was assured that the refund would be expidited & sorted within 72 hours. I have recorded all of these calls. it is now the 26/08/13 and still no refund???
