Shocking Service

On 27 June, i took my Blackberry in to be repaired. It was sent from Pinetown up to Johannesburg for repairs. On the 10 July the phone was delivered to my home via courier (which i had not requested) and was returned without its battery so i could not even check it. When i phoned the workshop in Johannesburg - at my expense- I was first told i was wrong and eventually told the battery would be sent to me. I picked up the battery from the shop in Pinetown on 13 July and my phone was still not working. It was sent back to Johannesburg and i requested that at this time a manager contact me, i am still waiting!! I was phoned to collect my phone on 23 July which i did and it was now working. I find that when i received my account this month they have actually charged me for the courier fees! I am really fed up and cannot wait for my contract with them to be over, I have had shocking service from the start and nobody takes responsibility.
