Paying Telkom is the hardest thing eve

I received my Telkom bill which indicates multiple options to pay. Firstly, I tried to pay online by registering online, and no matter how many times I try to register, it keeps saying that my email address is in fact not an email address. This makes absolutely no sense to me, as surely the person who designed the web page would have correct validation checks to ensure that I am indeed entering a valid email address. I am not the only one who has struggled with registering online with telkom. Then i tried to call the number given to me on the website to set up a debit order (012 663 1820), and this number turns out not to exist.

Will someone please help me to pay my bill! No wonder Telkom aren't doing so well, because you are supposed to make it easy for your customers to pay, not the other way around.
