ONCE AGAIN PROMISES PROMISES PROMISES

ONCE AGAIN VODACOM IS NOT DELIVERING. WE HAVE A DISPUTE RE SMS OVERCHACHING. 1 SMS ARE CHARGED FOR 3 OR 4 TIMES.
THIS DISPUTE IS NOW ONGOING MONTHS AND WE ARE PAYING R600 PLUS FOR SMS'S (WE PURCHASE 1000 SMS'S EVERY MONTH FOR WHICH WE PAY R200) MARGO PHONED MY HUSBAND 15 JULY 2013 AND SAID THAT WE WILL GET A CREDIT ON OUR ACCOUNT AND FROM NOW ON 2000 SMS'S INSTEAD OF 1000 SMS PACKAGE.
LO AND BEHOLD WHEN IT CAME TO PAYING OVER OVERCHARGED THE WHOLE R2800 WAS TAKEN FROM OUR ACCOUNT WITH NO CREDIT GIVEN.
TRYING TO CONTACT MARGO ALEXANDER TELEPHONICALLY THROUGH CUSTOMER CARE IS A NIGHTMARE WITH NO SUCCESS. WHEN WE ASKED HER FOR A DIRECT CONTACT NO SHE JUST SAID THAT WE MUST PHONE CUSTOMER CARE AND ASK FOR HER. BUT WHEN WE PHONE CUSTOMER CARE WE END UP IN CAPE TOWN AND THEY CANNOT TRANSFER US TO JHB (OR A SPECIFIC PERSON IN JHB) WE ARE TOLD TO TRY AGAIN UNTIL WE GET TO JHB!!!

I SERIOUSLY HATE VODACOM AND WILL BE CHANGING OUR SERVICE PROVIDER THE MOMENT OUR CONTRACT IS FINISHED!!!
