On completion of payments for a 24 month contarct on BlackBerry handset airtime contract Mtn elected to revert me to continue an expired contract that is tantamount to buying R200 worth of air time for R358. I have fully paid for the hardware BB phones but the miscommunication results in me continuing to incur costs on an account I no longer am liable for. Mtn on completion of a contract are obliged to advise me on the options to sign on a new contract or continue with the current one. In this case I no longer wanted to continue with an unreasonable air time contract. It is only fair to the client to be advised of the termination of the 24 month contract and given the option to elect a way foward. Here on one can sign on the unreasonable ir time contract or to go the more rational pre-paid route. I am dumbfounded at the miscommunication and misinformation rendered by the cell phone communication company.
