My iPhone 4s had a faulty earpiece speaker and was taken to Mobile Communications in the liberty midlands mall, Pietermaritzburg, for repairs. I emailed MTN asking when my phone would be ready for collection and was told that the phone was unrepairable and that i would be receiving a refurbished one in it's place. after speaking to Molly Govender and Sheneez Govender, I was assured that it was in fact a "new unit out of it's box" from the manufacture that'll be sent to me. After collection of my 'New" phone I found out that the Wi-Fi was "greyed" and could not be switched on. I went online to the Apple Support Forums and followed all the instructions on how to fix the problem. But nothing has helped. The customer support I have received from MTN is appauling to say the least. Seeing that my phone is now long gone, all i request is a new phone that works. as of today I have still not received an answer from MTN on what they going to do to accommodate me as I can not afford to be with out my phone any longer. I keep getting told to bring the phone in so that they can send it for repairs again.
