Ive been trying for two days to get through to someone who can help me on both the insurance line and customer care! I was assured a phone call from mtn insurance and have not gotten a thing! and after waiting for two days this is ridiculous! I phoned customer care after still not getting through to insurance department and was told its not their problem! seriously off! IT SEEMS THE ONLY way to get service is to complain and throw my toys! being nice gets people no service!!!
