I HAVE STILL NOT HAD EVEN ONE CONCERTED EFFORT OF RESOLUTION AFTER BEING HANDED A DYSFUNCTIONAL HANDSET FROM VODACOM (Blackberry 9800) WHICH WAS SWOPPED OUT SEVERAL REFURBISHED UNITS THAT PROVE TO BE A SOURCE OF FRUSTRATION, TIME LOSS AND UNPRODUCTIVITY AS A RESULT OF AN IRONIC "CUSTOMER CARE" DEPARTMENT . AFTER MY CONTRACT WAS EXPIRED AND I INCURRED TIME, EFFORT AND COUNTLESS HOURS OF LOSS, IT SEEMS NO ONE AT VODAWORLD / VODACOM CUSTOMER CARE REALLY DO CARE WHAT THEIR CUSTOMERS GO THROUGH (DESPITE LOYAL PATRONAGE OVER SEVERAL YEARS) Utterly disgusted at the complacency of staff & management thereof, who fail to even lean on the concept of "customer care ".
