It has been merely telephonic promises of looking into my predicament as a totally dissatisfied customer to date (since my numerous attempts at resolution). My previous contract expires tomorrow (and after quoting atleast 6/7 job numbers of service repairs to the personnel at Vodacom, I am still left in limbo (with a my 6th /7th refurbished handset which is doing exactly the same as it's dysfunctional predecessors - freezing screen / freezing trackpad resulting in a frozen screen that must be constantly rebooted). I requested some closure on the issue asap, especially in light of the countless days / time lost (and it's resultant negative effect on my work productivity) due to this handset supplied by Vodacom. As a matter of principle and customer service promise, I believe that I should be attended to as a matter of urgency. Especially after doing a sim swop, changing batteries, and liaising with other dissatisfied customers who were granted a new unit replacement (instead of several refurbished 'hand -me downs ' instead.
