I cant believe MTN being one of top network providers in SA!
I have been struggling to get in touch with the insurance department for 5 days, no response via email and I'm hanging on via telephone for like 15 mins! I need to sort out my phone and this delays the problem, plus I cant make use of cellphone as well.

MTN insurance call centre get your act in order, this is not acceptable!
