I have been trying to lay a claim against my Vehicle Touch-up policy for 5 days now. Whenever I call the claims department the phones ring and then go dead or they answer and it immediately goes dead thereafter. I have tried several phones including my cell phone to ensure the problem was not on my side. This is unacceptable as it has been 5 days and i haven't been able to speak to a representative. It is extremely frustrating and I feel I should cancel my policy and change to an insurer that at least has a working telephone system in their claims department.
