TELKOM ADSL TECHNICAL SUPPORT does not support BILLION modems and they ask over five security questions after you gave them the order number, I am cancelling my new order due to poor customer service.
Why do they not say upfront only USE TELKOM MODEMS. Really horrible service even the team leader had the same attitude. Why FIVE security questions? Really ridiculous. This is really testing and I have a good mind to cancel all Telkom products in the near future.
