8ta has the worst billing & complaints dept ever. I logged a complaint in June & it has still not been resolved at the end of Aug. My debit order for June was reversed due to a change of banking details. So I owed R299. In July my normal debit order was processed. Therefore 1 month was still outstanding. I then made a manual payment of R299 on the 13th of August after struggling to get the banking details for more than 2 weeks. So I my acc was now up to date. On the 15th of August 8TA decided to debit my acc with R598. they had no authorization to do this & it was done in the middle of the month. I now need that 598 to be reversed but was just informed that it does not reflect after I sent my bank statement to show them & they concluded that no reversal will be made. Is it normal for 8ta to just debit accounts when they feel like it and refuse to do a reversal. I requested on many occasions to speak to a manager but the consultants always had excuses and never put me through. The people I was dealing with needs some serious training, they never apologized once for the inconvenience and ignored me when I sent emails & demanded answers.
