After opening a new contract with cell c, i had recieved the new blackberry z10 . after taking the phone, i got home to realize that the camera was not opperational . i had taken the phone back the very same day . and instead of getting a new one, i was informed that the phone would be taken in for whats called an "OBF" and would be back in a period of 7days . 8 days later and i have still not recieved the phone back and whenever i ask for assistance no consultant can tell me what the issue is and apparently i can not get a new one . which i find strange cause that is going against consumer rights . you cannot sell products that do not work, it is against the law! clearly cell c has no way of dealing with their customers and i feel i should just cancell the contract and take my money elsewhere! it is very annoying!
